I have been pretty much making up my own concoctions but have found a few blogs out there who offer further reading and recipes. A good one for 30 day juicing is here.
I have today, saved my pulp and am about to look up how to make pulp biscuits. Failing that I'm gonna throw some of it into a soap...since today is a mass soap making marathon day.
I'm gonna enjoy it...as you should always enjoy a Friday!
